Refund Period: We offer a 2-week refund period from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use or damage due to reasons not attributable to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@deltalabs.ca within the 2-week refund period.
2. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary information for shipping the item back to us.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If issues persist, please contact us at info@deltalabs.ca.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer support team.
