Warranty terms and condition

Summary :

Delta Labs uses genuine parts when assembling high-end products, unless the product is labelled as “refurbished” in the title. We believe in quality products, therefore we offer a 3-year warranty and 5 years of guaranteed performance. Each PC is built with ultimate precision, and designed to accurately make use of the full potential of the parts.

Terms and Conditions:

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Delta Labs at info@deltalabs.ca and provide as much info on the defective device as possible during the Warranty Period. The customer may be required to provide proof of purchase. Delta Labs will confirm the credibility of the parts before any procedure begins.

Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers defects in PC components and workmanship during the Warranty Period. Delta Labs will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts with new or refurbished parts.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs (i.e, when the seal is broken).
Accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes.
Use of the Product for purposes other than its intended use.
Damage due to mishandling or exposure to water.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the Product to the Company for warranty service. Delta Labs will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced Product.

Limitation of Liability: The maximum liability of the Company under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

No Other Warranties: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the Product and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

How to Obtain Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact Delta Labs at info@deltalabs.ca during the Warranty Period. The customer may be required to provide proof of purchase.

General Terms:
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Product.
The Company reserves the right to replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product of equal or greater value.

Effective Date: This warranty is effective as of date of purchase and supersedes all previous warranties.
