1. Warranty Coverage
Delta Labs offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for all custom-built computers and components purchased from us. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Coverage Period:
- Custom-built PCs: 1-3 Years from the date of purchase depending on the PC type.
- Individual Components: Covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty.
- Returns – Full Refund: 1 Month from the date of purchase. Only if the package has not been opened and used.
What is Covered:
✅ Defects in assembly or workmanship.
✅ Hardware failure due to manufacturing defects.
✅ System instability caused by faulty components.
What is NOT Covered:
❌ Software issues, including operating system errors, driver conflicts, or third-party applications.
❌ Physical damage caused by mishandling, accidents, liquid spills, electrical surges, or modifications.
❌ Damage from overclocking, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
❌ Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages.
❌ Data loss or corruption—it is the customer’s responsibility to back up data regularly.
2. Warranty Claims & Process
If you experience an issue with your system, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Support: Email our support team at info@deltalabs.ca with a description of the issue.
2️⃣ Troubleshooting: Our team may provide remote troubleshooting assistance.
3️⃣ Return Authorization: If the issue requires in-shop servicing, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4️⃣ Inspection & Repair: Once received, we will diagnose and repair the issue within 10 business days.
5️⃣ Replacement or Refund: If a component is found defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it with an equivalent part. Refunds are not offered unless covered under a separate return policy.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
- This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.
- Any unauthorized modifications (hardware or software) will void the warranty.
4. Extended Warranty & Support
Customers may purchase an extended warranty plan for additional coverage beyond the standard warranty period. Please contact us for details.

5. Warranty Cancellation
At Delta Labs, we uphold a culture of mutual respect. Every team member at Delta Labs is a highly educated professional working at a leading GPU design company. We do not tolerate abusive behavior or rude language.
Delta Labs reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, as determined by our board of directors, for any of the following reasons:
- Abusive Behavior:
- Blackmailing
- Harassment
- Fraud or Scamming
- Persistent Rudeness
