What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Delta Labs works with selected shipping carriers to ensure reliable service. Our primary partner for Canadian deliveries is Canada Post Express, while UPS handles our international shipments. If you have a preferred carrier, we are happy to accommodate your request—just let us know before your order ships. Please note, Delta Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by holidays or carrier-related issues.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Once an order is received, our designated engineer—based on the platform (Intel, NVIDIA, or AMD)—will order the necessary parts and begin assembly at our laboratory. Assembly and testing typically take 2–3 days, depending on order volume. Please note that delays may occur during holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas) or due to fluctuations in the silicon market, which can affect part availability.
We ship using express services, so most orders are delivered within 3 days. However, deliveries to rural areas may take longer.
