Delta Labs is a computer assembly company that was established in Toronto, Canada in 2023. One day in early 2023, one of the Engineers at Delta Labs was frustrated by watching an advertisement for a Computer Shop on YouTube that were using cheap, counterfeit parts to assemble a PC and were proudly showing it off to the audience. This triggered the founder of Delta Labs to seriously consider establishing a professional computer assembly shop. Later on, his Engineer friends also heard the story and were willing to join the move to not only Assemble but to Design computers like Art.

Current computer store are not only using the cheapest parts available on the market to increase their profit margins but also use second-hand or open box parts. This will significantly reduce the life span of the product. As a result, customers are not only ending up with low-performing products but also being punished by extraordinary prices. In addition, the combination of the parts being used in their builds either hurts the performance or is an over-kill.

The brand of parts used by some PC shops is not acceptable by Delta Labs. Our team was able to investigate into this and we realized not only these computers were built using cheap parts from low quality foreign manufacturers but also underperformed. For instance, if your PC breaks, returning it to the manufacturer would be almost impossible due to nonresponsive customer service. Especially, computers sold on Amazon would look fancy but in fact, if one reads the 1-star reviews, they would understand the full picture.

Once an order is submitted, it is immediately taken care of. Our team of experts spends a quality time on every order and usually finishes building a system in 2 days. However, delays in parts delivery or the volume of orders placed causes unpredictable delays in orders. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days if you are residing in Canada as we use express shipping.

The warranty covers parts and the entire PC for 3 years. However, this warranty includes hardware malfunctions such as PC not turning ON or making irrelevant noises and etc. You can extend your warranty for 2 extra years when you buy a PC.

Any damage due to water, moisture or damages due to mishandling of the computer is not covered by the warranty. In addition, system functionality failure (such as “Blue Screen of Death” – BSOD) due to installing counterfeit products is not under warranty.
