1️⃣ Overview

Welcome to Delta Labs! These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, custom assembly services, and use of our products. By placing an order with Delta Labs, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2️⃣ Orders & Custom Builds

All custom PC orders are built to your exact specifications. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Estimated build and delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary depending on part availability and market conditions.
Delta Labs reserves the right to substitute equivalent or upgraded components (of equal or greater value) if specific parts become unavailable, with customer notification.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in CAD (or USD, depending on your region) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full before assembly begins.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Canada, the US, and select international destinations. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.
Delta Labs is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical issues due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier strikes or any other reasons.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and report any shipping damages to us within 48 hours.
All shipments are currently sent via Canada Post Expedited service. We do not use FedEx due to repeated service issues and contractual breaches. However, if you require a specific courier or shipping method, please notify us prior to placing your order and before your shipment is prepared.

5️⃣ Warranty

All Delta Labs custom PCs come with a 3-year limited warranty, covering hardware defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, overclocking beyond factory specifications, accidental damage (including drops or physical impacts), water damage (such as spills or liquid exposure), electrical issues (such as power surges), or other environmental factors.
Individual components may carry additional manufacturer warranties; these will be honored accordingly.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our builds, all sales are considered final.
We accept returns only for defective products within 30 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon inspection and verification of every component’s serial number with our records. If the serial number a specific part does not match our records we will not be able to cover it under warranty.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless within the first 30 days.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Delta Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including data loss or business interruption.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8️⃣ Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your personal information is collected only for order processing, support, and promotional communication (if you opt-in).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order or comply with legal obligations.

9️⃣ Changes to Terms

Delta Labs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.

🔹 Customer Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for our staff and community. Harassment, abusive language, threats, or any form of blackmail towards Delta Labs, our employees or representatives will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate support to any individual engaging in such behavior.
