Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

These Warranty Terms & Conditions apply to all computer systems and hardware products sold by Delta Labs


1. Limited Hardware Warranty

Delta Labs warrants that its custom-built gaming PCs and hardware components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of:

  • 3 Year Limited System Warranty
  • Life time free online support

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.


2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Defective system assembly
  • Power supply failures (non-misuse related)
  • Motherboard, CPU, RAM, and GPU defects under normal use
  • Cooling system defects (excluding user-modified systems)
  • Manufacturer hardware failures within the warranty period

Delta Labs will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective component, or
  • Replace it with an equivalent or upgraded component, or
  • Provide a refurbished equivalent component

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, misuse, or neglect
  • Liquid damage
  • Power surge damage (without surge protection)
  • Unauthorized modifications or overclocking beyond factory settings
  • Software issues, malware, or operating system corruption
  • Third-party upgrades not installed by Delta Labs
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper shipping not arranged by Delta Labs
  • Driver malfunction or any issue caused by manufacturers bugs or software problems
  • Damage due to carrier mishandling

Opening the system does not void warranty unless damage results from improper handling.


4. Customer Responsibilities

To receive warranty service, the customer must:

  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Not tamper with warranty seals (if applicable)
  • Safely package the product for return shipment
  • Back up all data before service
  • Use a premium shipping option (Preferably Canada Post) with tracking number emailed to Delta Labs

Delta Labs is not responsible for data loss during repair.


5. Shipping & Service

  • Customer is responsible for inbound shipping unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delta Labs covers return shipping for approved warranty repairs within Canada.
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges.

If, after inspection, Delta Labs determines that:

  • The reported issue was not caused by assembly workmanship,
  • The hardware components are functioning within manufacturer specifications, or
  • The issue resulted from user error, software configuration, third-party modifications, or external factors,

the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable diagnostic fees prior to the system being shipped back.

Turnaround time varies depending on parts availability.


6. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Products reported as defective within 7 days of delivery qualify for expedited replacement or exchange, subject to verification.


7. Manufacturer Pass-Through Warranty

Certain components (e.g., GPU, SSD, PSU) may carry extended manufacturer warranties. Delta Labs may facilitate claims but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.


8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Delta Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

9. Warranty Voiding Conditions

This warranty is void if:

  • The serial number is removed or altered (if applicable)
  • The system is used for illegal activities
  • Damage results from cryptocurrency mining unless explicitly approved
  • The system is modified beyond safe operating specifications
  • Any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct is identified, including but not limited to component swapping, returning different parts than originally supplied, altering internal components prior to return, misrepresenting the condition of the product, or attempting to obtain warranty service, replacement, or refund through false or misleading claims.

Delta Labs reserves the right to document, deny service, and pursue appropriate action in cases of suspected fraud.


10. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
